Calcium is found in the highest concentrations in milk. Why should I take calcium?
Practically no one ingests enough calcium in their daily diet, so calcium is one of the nutrients that is highly recommended in terms of supplementation. How much calcium should I take?
The National Academy of Sciences has established guidelines for calcium that are 25 to 50 percent higher than previous recommendations. For ages 20 to 50, calcium consumption is recommended to be at least 1,000 mg daily; for adults over age 51, the recommendation is 1,200 mg daily. The most common supplemental amount for adults is 800 to 1,000 mg per day. Not a milk drinker...
I don't drink milk or eat very much dairy, I needed this in my life! I take it twice a day with my morning and nightly concoctions. I know my bones are getting the nutrients and such that they need to stay healthy and strong. Tastes great too which is a plus!

Calcium plus is packed with everything you need
Calcium plus D3 is the best form for calcium absorption in addition to Isotonic form. This combo includes Magnesium, D3, C, Riboflavin, Potassium & Manganese. Did you know with out the D3 combination Calcium may not be able to make it to the places its needed. Great product has done some much for regulating my stress levels not just my bone health.
Why doesn't this product have magnesium? According to my research, calcium must always be taken with magnesium. It's great that you have D3 and K with it, but it's missing an important ingredient without the magnesium. Also, calcium orotate is better absorbed into the body. I haven't yet found a good calcium supplement on your site.
