  • Fish oils have been clinically demonstrated to provide a host of benefits that promote cardiovascular health. Despite clinical studies which show that at least 3 grams of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are required to produce significant benefit, many fish oil supplements do not supply this level of active ingredients. Essential Omega III provides 3 grams of EPA and DHA, which ensures its potency and effectiveness.

  • Omega III fatty acids have been shown to maintain triglyceride levels and clinical studies show as much as a 25%–30% reduction after supplementation with fish oils. A strong correlation has also been shown between fish oil consumption and the reduction of C-reactive protein levels. EPA and DHA are also important in the maintenance of normal blood flow by lowering fibrinogen levels (coagulation or blood clotting).

  • Yes. As noted on the product label, this product contains no wheat or gluten.

  • No. This product contains gelatin and fish oils.

  • Yes. The fish oil used in Essential Omega III is tested twice, once from the manufacturer and then by an independent testing company. The fish oil used in Essential Omega III is laboratory tested for mercury, lead, PCB, and other heavy metals. We only use fish oil that meets or exceeds standards set by Canada (CFIA), the European Union (EU) and the United States (CRN).

Great ingredients with small fish and in a pill form I can actually swallow. Doesn't leave me with any aftertaste as well.

Love my Heart Health Essential Omega III fish oil

I took all kinds of brand of fish oil before. It usually leave me burp with unpleasant fishy smell which leading me stop taking them. When expire date reached, the bottle is tossed out. What a wast of money!

I took this fish oil every day. I even chew them to get the fish oil. The fish oil is so pure without any fishy smell. My whole family is taking it now.
